Coming Soon! The 4th Edition of the Romeo & Dye Section 16 Treatise

The definitive guidance on Section 16—Romeo & Dye's Section 16 Treatise—will be coming out with a new 4^th Edition soon. With so many changes in the Section 16 area in recent years, the fourth edition will be more than twice as large as the first one - and Peter Romeo and Alan Dye have ensured that their treatise is comprehensive and practical.

We have delayed the release of the 4th Edition of the Treatise because the US Supreme Court is expected to rule soon on the first Section 16(b) case reviewed by it since 1991. We thought it was important that we wait for the decision and incorporate it into the Treatise before we print because the case deals with a critical issue (i.e., the statute of limitations for filing suit under Section 16(b)).
