For Companies, the Filer can be renewed for:

- $495 if the company is a Section16.net member and subscribes to the Section 16 Annual Service
- $995 if the company only is a Section16.net member

For Law Firms - Law firms, filing agents and others that file on behalf of other companies may subscribe to the Filer at these rates:

- Filing on behalf of one issuer/company: $895 if the firm is a Section16.net member and subscribes to the Section 16 Annual Service; $1495 if the firm only is a Section16.net member
- Filing on behalf of 2-5 issuers/companies: $1495 if the firm is a Section16.net member and subscribes to the Section 16 Annual Service; $1995 if the firm only is a Section16.net member
- Filing on behalf of unlimited number of issuers/companies: $2295 if the firm is a Section16.net member and subscribes to the Section 16 Annual Service; $2995 if the firm only is a Section16.net member
