two types of recordkeeping - in addition to being able
to save all past forms. This includes a simple
spreadsheet as well as a smart system that updates
numbers - both to and from the form – that will be

Persons Database” that you can use to track each of
your insiders and store the information that is
reported on each form for an insider. The Filer
contains a “Filing History Database” so that you can
retrieve previous filings and sort them by date filed,
type of form and the insider’s name. You can create
new forms by using an old form as a starting point -
or you can set up a template with as much information
on it as you like and then use the template as the
starting point for a new form.
5. SEC Compliant - Yes, it is
compliant with the SEC’s new XML-based system, which
goes “live” on May 5, 2003.
