The EDGAR Filing Wizard will review your form and point out any problems that could prevent it from being accepted by the SEC.

    Once the EDGAR Filing Wizard has checked your form, you enter your CIK number and password – and the Wizard will automatically log into the SEC's website, submit the form and retrieve your accession number. This eliminates about 6 steps you would otherwise need to go through to submit the filing yourself.

This includes a simple spreadsheet to track holdings as well as a "Reporting Persons Database" that you can use to track each of your insiders and store the information that is reported on each form for an insider. The Filer also contains a "Filing History Database" so that you can retrieve previous filings and sort them by date filed, type of form and the insider's name. You can create new forms by using an old form as a starting point - or you can set up a template with as much information on it as you like and then use the template as the starting point for a new form.
